Terms and Conditions
- In case of cancellation of your trip ,or suspension of the tour, the payment will be refunded in full.
- The refund of the money will be made by the same way in which the payment was made.
- The estimated time in which the money returns to the client's account or card is between 48 and 72 hours after the cancellation.
- Tifakara S.A. It is not responsible for any charge generated by the issuing entity of the means of payment.
- The date of the tour or activity may be defined in advance by email, or at the hotel reception.
- For high season dates it is recommended to schedule the activity at least 72 hours in advance.
- To modify the date of the tour or activity, the guest must request to reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance.
