Terms and Conditions

  1. In case of cancellation of your trip ,or suspension of the tour, the payment will be refunded in full.
  2. The refund of the money will be made by the same way in which the payment was made.
  3. The estimated time in which the money returns to the client's account or card is between 48 and 72 hours after the cancellation.
  4. Tifakara S.A. It is not responsible for any charge generated by the issuing entity of the means of payment.
  5. The date of the tour or activity may be defined in advance by email, or at the hotel reception.
  6. For high season dates it is recommended to schedule the activity at least 72 hours in advance.
  7. To modify the date of the tour or activity, the guest must request to reschedule it at least 24 hours in advance.
